Shortcut Menu for Ellipses

When working with a project you are allowed to use shortcut menus on such objects as text, lines, rectangles, images, ole-objects, and ellipses.

To display shortcut menu for an ellipse:

* Using the Selection Tool () select an ellipse you want to work with and right-click it. The shortcut menu as shown in the example below appears.

The items of the shortcut menu for ellipses have the following meaning:

Cut:

When clicked places the selected ellipse into Clipboard and deletes it from your design.

Copy:

When clicked places the selected ellipse into Clipboard.

Paste:

When clicked places an ellipse from Clipboard into the insertion point.

Delete:

Allows you to remove the selected ellipse from your design.

Bring to Front

Allows you to place the selected ellipse on the top of other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Send to Back

Allows you to place the selected ellipse on the bottom of other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Move Up

Allows you to place the selected ellipse one level up within the layer relative to other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Move Down

Allows you to place the selected ellipse one level down within the layer relative to other objects. For details refer to the section titled Manipulating Object Position.

Convert to

This menu item contains the following sub-items:

-- Rectangle: Allows you to convert an ellipse into rectangle. For more information refer to the section titled Converting Objects.

-- Circle: Allows you to convert an ellipse into circle. For more information refer to the section titled Converting Objects.

Properties

Displays the Ellipse Properties dialog, which allows you to view or change properties for an ellipse. For further information refer to the section titled Managing Ellipse Properties.
